Cuban footballer Karel Pérez signs with Gil Vicente in the Portugal League

Although several days ago it was already known about the arrival of Karel Pérez, a young defender of the Cuban national team, to the Portuguese club Gil Vicente, it has not been until today, February 6, 2025 who has signed his contract officially and formally.

Karel Pérez arrives at Gil Vicente from the Alajuelense club in Costa Rica in a transfer until the end of this season and including a non -mandatory purchase clause by the Portuguese of 500,000 dollars.

At 19, Karel Pérez has already played eight official matches with the Cuban absolute selection, six of them in the newly completed Nations of the Concacaf where he occupied the left lane of the Cuban defensive line.
