Which streets of Caracas will be closed by the CAF marathon?




The countdown to the IX edition of the Marathon and Half. This Sunday, February 16, Caracas streets will receive 6,000 runners to celebrate the ninth edition of the most important race in Venezuela, which It will have 29 hydration points (20 of water and 9 of Gatorade), 35 points of medical attention, 2 points with energy gels, more than 50 animation points and more than 520 volunteers deployed throughout the route, raising the level of this sporting event to global size.

In the leading shopping center the runners will be able to collect their kits for the race between Friday, February 14from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm and on Saturday, February 15, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, which includes the official shirt of this edition, yellow Adidas brand and a cap. The same Saturday will take place in this same space, the presentation of the elite corridors, both national and international.

The streets of the tour are identified with different banners for several weeks And, additionally, CAF displayed all the information on street closure schedule by different points of the city. The tracks will be closed from 5:00 am in the west and 6:00 am in the east. The opening to vehicular traffic will be progressive, starting with Av. Bolívar from 8:00 am, and San Martín Av.
