Prisoner for selling child pornography: he captured victims of 8 and 12 years in his sector

A 55 -year -old man was arrested for possession and dissemination of Child pornography. The subject, identified as Romer José Borras, captured girls through social networks and encouraged them to send intimate photos.

Douglas Rico, director of the Corps of Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations (Cicpc), reported on his Instagram account that the fifteenarium was arrested by detectives assigned to the Municipal Delegation Caña de Sugar, in the Santa Rosa sector, Cooperativa Street, Andrés Parish Eloy Blanco, Girardot municipality of the Aragua state.

It was known that Borras contacted minors in the same sector, between 8 and 12 years, through social networks and, using their innocence, asked for photos and videos with little clothes.

Apparently, he stored the material that the victims sent him and then threatened to publish the content if they did not go home. To do this he offered them an amount of money, on the condition that they undressed in front of him.

After receiving the complaint, agents of the Cicpc conducted a field investigation and found Borras. It was determined that the subject sold the content to websites of Child pornography.

The detective commission seized an Infinix cell phone X6525 and a laptop.

The case was at the order of the 16th Prosecutor’s Office of the Public Ministry Judicial District of the Aragua State.
