Arrested by the Cicpc subject that murdered a man for a debt of 5 dollars in Maracay

Officials of the Corps of Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations (CICPC), attached to the Municipal Delegation of Maracay, arrested José Daniel Quijada Silva, 24, for the murder of Maykolc José Díaz Simanca, 29 years old. The incident occurred in the El Carmen sector, El Paraíso Street, Andrés Eloy Blanco parish, Girardot municipality, in the Aragua state capital.

As reported by the director of the Cicpc, Douglas Rico, the deadly dispute originated from a debt of 5 dollars that Díaz Simanca had with jaw. What began as a discussion for the payment of the debt, quickly climbed to a violent fight. During the confrontation, jaw supposedly inflicted a deadly wound with a white weapon in Díaz Simanca’s chest, who could not survive the attack.

Neighbors and relatives of the victim tried to save his life by transferring him urgently to San José Social Security, in Maracay, but unfortunately he died when he arrived at the medical center.

Thanks to a work of collection of evidence and testimonies of face -to -face witnesses, the authorities were able to rebuild the sequence of the facts and arrested Quijada, who tried to flee after committing the act.

José Daniel Quijada Silva is in custody and has been made available to the Superior Prosecutor’s Office of the Public Ministry of the Aragua State, where the corresponding positions are expected to be imputed.
