After more than three months of the process, Dominique Pélicot was sentenced to 20 years in prison.

Their 50 coacked, most of them declared guilty of rape, aged between 27 and 74 years, were sentenced to sentences ranging from three years in prison, two of them suspended, up to 15 years, for a man who violated Gisèle Pelicot six times.

In the Boreal Autumn of 2025 a new trial for the 13 men who appealed their sentences will take place in the city of Nimes, this time before a popular jury.
