José Daniel Ferrer receives another citation, and says again that he will not go

The leader of the UNPACU and expreasing consciousness, José Daniel Ferrer, told Martí News that they presented in his home «two officials of the Court of here in Santiago de Cuba, to quote me for the second time before an execution judge.»

«Ten days after the first citation, they quote me again and they warn me that the courts could take measures against me,» said the activist.

«Once again I told them that I do not go to any court, I do not go to any execution judge for the simple reason that I have not committed any crime,» he explained.

«I was manufactured crimes that I never committed … they kidnapped me, they tortured me, they confined me to the worst isolation that a human being has suffered in the 21st century in the western hemisphere,» said Ferrer, offering details about the Situation that lived after being arrested on July 11, 2021, and until it was released on January 16.

He also announced that he told the agents that “I did not ask or accept probation, that I prefer the prison until Cuba is free, until the tyranny falls, rather than living outside the prison under all kinds of conditioning and threats. ”

«José Daniel for the freedom and well -being of the Cuban people is willing to return to prison and give life if necessary,» concluded the human rights activist.
