The Minister of Interior and Justice, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, emphasized that not all migrants who come from being in Guantanamo, an American military base in Cuban territory, are criminals.

«The majority are citizens who only committed the crime of going to the United States without documents,» Cabello said during the program without trick or morning that transmits National Radio of Venezuela (RNV).
