Mexican singer Paquita la del Barrio dies

After overcoming economic difficulties and not achieving a space in the music market, Paquita set up a fonda and later a small restaurant in a popular neighborhood of the capital, where she cook and also sang.

According to an anecdote told by the artist herself, she entered the premises after a two -day parranda her second husband, Alfonso Martínez, whom she considered the love of her life.
