The Bolivarian National Police (PNB) of Venezuela seized a new blow to drug trafficking by seizing 36.20 kilos of cocaine in the Falcón state, located in the northwestern area of the country. The operation was carried out in the vicinity of the Silva municipality, specifically in a beach area known as Aroa Boca.

Agents of the PNB Aquatic Space Directorate made a routine tour when they detected a suspicious sack containing the drug. In addition to cocaine, a sack, a black plastic bag, a transparent plastic wrapping and a latex wrapping, as well as an electric balance.

The PNB stressed that this seizure demonstrates its commitment to the protection and eradication of illicit drug trafficking in the country. While it was not detailed if they had arrested in this operation, the institution said it will continue working to dismantle the drug trafficking networks that operate in the region.

This is the second important blow against drug trafficking in a few days, after the PNB seized 55 kilos of marijuana in the Aragua state and stopped two alleged members of the Transnational Train of Aragua.

So far from 2025, the Venezuelan authorities have seized more than one ton of drugs, according to the national anti -drug superintendent Danny Ferrer. These actions demonstrate the effort of the Venezuelan government in the fight against drug trafficking and its commitment to the security and well -being of the population.
