The United States and Russia agree to normalize relationships and end the conflict in Ukraine

United States Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, and Russian Foreign Minister Serguéi Lavrov, agreed on Tuesday to move towards the normalization of diplomatic relations between the two countries and start working in a plan to end the war in Ukraine with the establishment of high -level negotiating equipment.
