The Catholic Church of Mexico City sentenced the recent homicides of capital officials Ximena Guzmán and José Muñoz.

In a message to the community, Mexico’s primed archdiocese rejected any type of dialogue with organized crime and demanded that «they stop killing.»

«With organized crime you can’t dialogue when there is blood in between,» reiterated the idea at a press conference, the auxiliary bishop Francisco Javier Acero, who repudiated the murders of two collaborators close to the head of the capital government, Clara Brugada Molina, occurred on Monday.

The victims of the double crime were Ximena Guzmán, private secretary of the head of government of Mexico City, and José Muñoz, one of his advisors. The murder occurred on the Tlalpan road at its crossroads with Napoleon Street, a point that is a few steps from the Xola station of the capital metro, in the Modern Colony of the Mayor’s Office Benito Juárez.

The authorities investigate four people who participated in the attack, but who have not been located so far.
