Captured individual who performed obscene acts from his balcony to students

Security agencies arrested a man in the municipality of Bello, Antioquia, for performing obscene acts from the balcony of his residence in front of students who headed to their schools.

The arrest occurred after a video, recorded by a neighbor, went viral on social networks this March 19. The images show the individual masturbating on the balcony of his home, in view of a group of children walking down the street.

In a second video, the same neighbor confronts man from the street, increasing him for his actions. «It always leaves at the same time, at the time the children pass, and go out to touch each other. Disgusting old, I have it on video, you always leave the same time to do the same when the children pass. Morboso!

After the dissemination of the videos, the local authorities acted quickly. The mayor of Bello, Lorena González Ospina, highlighted the prompt response of the police. «This morning our Secretariat of Security and Coexistence received a complaint from a citizen who informed about a subject who, as students from his home, performs obscene acts from his balcony, being seen by minors. With urgency we manage their detention before the police and are already available to the competent authority ».

However, the authorities warned that, so far, they may not submit a more serious accusation against the detainee due to the lack of formal complaints by the parents of the affected children. Parents are urged to submit relevant complaints so that the case can be investigated and judged in its entirety.
