Maduro orders to suspend taxes that affect primary productive activity in municipalities

Nicolás Maduro announced the suspension of taxes that affect the municipal primary productive activity.

During a National Council of Productive Economics he led, he stressed that this measure will enter into force on Monday, March 31.

«A tax unification policy for those taxes that are created at the municipal level,» he said.

«I have given the order to Delcy Rodríguez to draw a decree and suspend taxes from Monday #31mar at 7am,» he continued.

He stressed the importance of production and supply, supporting the financial and logistics flow, as well as increasing investments in the various sectors, including the basic industry, mining and hydrocarbons.

In addition, he expressed the need to improve the various government programs that provide social attention, between which he mentioned the School Food Plan (PAE) and open -pit markets to guarantee quality food.
