Maduro tells Russia that Venezuela’s seas «are open to cooperation»

Nicolás Maduro, Russia told Russia that the seas of the Caribbean country «are open to cooperation» for a «new world together» to the Eurasian giant.

The leader of Chavismo made these statements after touring the Russian scientific ship ‘Admiral Vladimirsky’ that arrived at the Venezuelan State of La Guaira (North, close to Caracas), which, according to Maduro, reaffirms the «joint work between the military forces» of both allied nations.
