What does Intt regulations say?

The Official Gazette number 39,772 dated 10/10/2011 establishes that the use of the extinguisher is only for motorcycle taxis and deliveryys.

Partial Regulation of the Land Transportation Law on the use and circulation of motorcycles in the National Road Network and public transport of persons in the Moto Taxis modality.

Article 58: Motorcycles to be able to provide the transport service of people in the individual motorcycle taxis mode must be equipped as follows:
