Musk announces that one of its companies, the start-up XAI, bought the social network X for USD 33,000 million

The tycoon Elon Musk announced Friday that the social network X has incorporated into its artificial intelligence (AI) XAI company through a sharing purchase operation with the aim of combining its data, capacities and resources.

«This combination will unlock immense potential by mixing the ability to advance and knowledge of Xai with the massive reach of X,» said the businessman in a message in this same social network, advancing that he seeks to build a platform that «accelerates human progress.»

Musk explained that Xai has bought X in a transaction that values ​​the first at 80,000 million dollars and the second by 33,000 million, as it subtracts 12,000 million debt regarding the price he paid when making that social network, formerly called Twitter, in 2022.
