They capture director of the School Corporation in Guárico for diverting 500 kilos of chicken to market them

The regional director of the Guárico State School Food Corporation was arrested by the authorities in Valle de la Easter, specifically by the Leonardo Infante municipality police, for allegedly marketing food illegally.

The subject identified as William José Díaz, was put in custody after investigations carried out by police officers because of the alleged commercialized 521 kilos of food on March 28, in complicity with other workers.

According to investigations, the Police determined that the food was sold to a local trade located on Atarraya Street, which is called Entrepreneurs Román Graterol, where 481 kilos of chicken were seized, the media said.

Crime accomplices were also captured

Consequently, the owner of the premises and the driver of a vehicle was arrested where they mobilized the merchandise, which was destined to be distributed in educational institutions

Meanwhile, the School Food Corporation is in charge of the supply and processing of food for educational institutions in the region. The case has been put to the order of the Public Ministry to continue investigations.
