On Saturday, April 5, bathers and residents reported the discovery of a lifeless body floating on Mare Below beach, Vargas state.

The finding was initially reported by the local medium the truth of Vargas, through the social network X (Twitter), where they shared a video of the place. The body, of corpulent context, wore blue swimsuit and a red flannel. At the time of the report, the identity of the victim and the causes of his death were unknown.

Witnesses on the beach reported that they expected the arrival of the police and the body of scientific, criminal and criminal investigations (Cicpc) to carry out the removal of the body and initiate the investigations.

The event caused shock among those present. Among the comments in the publication, a user identified as Loysenet Piedamo said unofficially that the body, male, had been in the water for several days.
