Tragic accident in Carabobo: shock against horse leaves injured and the dead animal

An unfortunate accident occurred in the early hours of this Saturday on the Valencia – Tocuyito highway, specifically at kilometer 21, La Yaguara sector, left three injured people and the death of a horse.

According to reports from local journalists, the incident took place after 4:00 am, when a Toyota Sienna vehicle collided violently against an equine. The strong impact caused serious damage to the car, whose windshield broke and part of the animal’s body was embedded inside.

The three people traveling in the vehicle were injured and were served by fire commissions, who transferred them to a nearby health center to receive medical care. Unfortunately, the horse died because of the impact.

A video broadcast on social networks shows the magnitude of the accident, with the animal lying on the hood of the vehicle, which also suffered important damage to the bumper.

The authorities are investigating the exact circumstances that led to this tragic event. The details that caused the presence of the animal on the road and the causes of the accident are unknown.
