Two detainees for homicide in Tiuna City: they simulated a fall

Officials of the Corps of Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations (CICPC) arrested José Francisco Sierra Medina (46) and Wilver Jhon Tavera Sierra (36) in Caracas, after determining that these individuals fatally hit Wuildel Ramírez (31) during a dispute and then tried to cover up the crime simulating a fall from a building in the Simón Rodríguez urbanization of Ciudad Tiuna.

The director of the Cicpc, Douglas Rico, reported that Sierra Medina was captured in the vicinity of the homicide place, while Tavera Sierra was arrested at the corner of Cruz Verde, Santa Teresa parish. Both are available to the Public Ministry.

Another murder in tumeremo: arrested brothers

In another case, the murder of Fernain Figuera (23) linked to Tumeremo, Bolívar state. CICPC investigations led to the arrest of two brothers involved in the crime.

Rico explained that Figuera was killed on February 25 in the indigenous community Tres Puentes, Parish section capital, after being approached by four men. The arrested brothers were identified as Luis Fernández Briceño (21) and Nelson Fernández Briceño (23), whose capture occurred in trunk 10. It is presumed that the motive of the crime was revenge.

The Fernández Briceño brothers were also placed at the order of the Fifth Prosecutor’s Office of the Public Ministry, while the Cicpc continues the search for the other two involved in the homicide.
