Uncle Abuse as a niece of 13 years after kidnapping her at a family party in Carabobo

A family celebration became tragedy when a man kidnapped and sexually abused his 13 -year -old niece during the weekend in a wooded area of ​​the Naguanagua municipality, Carabobo state. The incident occurred last Friday in the Carialinda sector, during a family reunion in which the teenager was.

According to the complaint filed with the Corps of Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations (Cicpc), the uncle kidnapped the child and transferred her to a mountainous area in Loma Linda, where she submitted her to sexual abuse under death threats with a gun. The victim was held over the weekend.

On Monday, the teenager returned home, where her relatives noticed signs of abuse and she told them the horror lived.

After the complaint to the Municipal Police of Naguanagua, an operation was deployed in the mountainous area, achieving the capture of the aggressor. During the arrest, the suspect tried to flee, but was arrested after a brief persecution.

The authorities seized the firearm used in the crime. When descending from the mountain, a multitude of neighbors tried to lynch the detainee, but the police protected him and transferred him to the police headquarters. The authorities continue to investigate the facts.
