Israeli police warn journalists that it is illegal to record sensitive areas attacked by Iran

Israeli police warned Tuesday that they have been aware that some journalists are recording «sensitive and restricted areas after missile impacts», and reminds them that these actions are «illegal» according to the guidelines imposed by military censorship to the media in the current climbing with Iran.

«We urge all journalists and the media to demonstrate responsibility and respect the law. Those who decide to violate these restrictions will be considered fully responsible in accordance with the law, ”he adds.

Following the escalation of the confrontation with Iran, the Israeli army censorship department has informed the media of guidelines for which it prohibits recording damage to or near military facilities, using drones to record wide plans of the places of the impacts or giving the direction of civil areas affected near security facilities.

Nor disseminate videos or images of dump of interceptors, direct interceptions or missile or drone impacts on the ground, as well as filming near areas with anti -aircraft batteries.
