Partial closures in Plaza Venezuela for remodeling work during Holy Week

The Ministry of Public Works informs citizens about the partial closure of the roads in Plaza Venezuela, in Caracas, during this Holy Week. This measure is due to remodeling and optimization work that will be carried out in the areas destined for pedestrian mobility.

The vehicular restriction began to govern from the 8:00 in the morning of Wednesday, April 16and will extend until the Midnight on Sunday.

The closure will specifically affect the section included Between Casanova Avenue and the Great Avenuejust in front of the emblematic source of Plaza Venezuela. According to the Ministry, this transit limitation is necessary to carry out «adaptation work» that seek to create «safer and efficient conditions» in the immediate vicinity of the square, benefiting both pedestrians and drivers.
