What services were inactive?
During the Etecsa maintenance window, the following operations could not be carried out:
- National and international recharges.
- Balance transfers (by USD and TransferMóvil).
- Purchase of data plans, voice, SMS and Todus.
- Balance consultations and other operations linked to the management of the line.
What services were active?
Etecsa ensures that basic services were not affected. Users may:
- Make phone calls.
- Send and receive text messages (SMS).
- Navigate online through mobile data (if they already have active balance or packages).
By the time maintenance is over, it is useful to remember the services offered by Etecsa:
- NATIONAL RECHARGES: Limit of up to 360 CUP every 30 days. Through TransferMóvil, online services, Mitransfer purse, commercial offices and authorized agents.
- Balance transfers: up to 3 per day, with a total maximum of 500,000 CUP. Each transfer has a cost of 5 CUP. It can be done via USSD (234) or transfer.

- Bag SUTI and Mail Nauta: Affordable option for unlimited messaging. Available by *133# and other channels.
- Online services: consultations and efforts from the official portal, without affecting the main balance.
